Qualification : A minimum 3 year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from an
Institute affiliated to NCHMCT, New Delhi/ State Board of Technical
Education with 50% marks failing which a minimum 3 year Degree
from a recognized university coming under AICTE norms with 60%
Experience : A minimum of 2 years experience in an approved Hotel not below 3
Star category or experience in teaching from an FCI, IHMCT or a
Govt. College 2 years
Scale of pay : Rs.7990-12930 (pre revised)
Allowances : As applicable to State Government Employees.
Upper age limit : Should not exceed 35 years of age as on 26-06-2013
Mode of Selection : Direct Recruitment
The applications duly signed should be submitted on plain paper furnishing full particulars
of (1) Full Name and Address (2) Age and date of birth (3) Educational qualifications and
Experience with copies of certificates and mark lists (4) Community with copies of certificates (5)
Two copies of attested passport size photograph. These should be sent to the Director, Directorate
of Food Craft Institute (Kerala) Society, T.C.849(1), University Women’s Hostel Junction,
Vazhuthacaud, Thycaud.P.O., Thiruvananthapuram – 695 014, Kerala.
All the documents submitted along with the application should be attested by a Gazetted
Applications without the above documents will be summarily rejected.
Those who are in Government / Quasi Government service should submit their applications
through proper channel.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending test / Interview.
