Bharat Electronics Limited invites applications from outstanding experienced Software Development Professionals to work in areas of Advance System & C4I Architecture, Network Management System, Tactical Data Distribution and Ship Data Networking, Communication Protocols, Tactical Communication Planning, Remote Diagnostics, Persistent Database, Fault Tolerance Algorithms, Situation and Sensor Simulator, Multi Sensor Tracking, Multi Platform Multi Sensor Data Fusion, Tactical Data Link, Tactical algorithms including air space control, threat evaluation, weapon assignments, Display Technology, Software engineering, Modelling and Simulation, Tooling Technology ,for its Central Research Laboratory, Ghaziabad.

1.1 Member (Research Staff) Regular
Grade : E- II

Pay Range (Rs.) : Rs 16,400-3%-50500/-
Relevant Minimum Experience as on 01.05.2015 : Nil
Upper Age Limit as on 01.05.2015 : 27 Yrs
CTC (Approx) Rs. Lacs/ annum : 7.9 lakhs per annum (approx)
Minimum Qualification : ME/M. Tech/MS(Computer Science).
Min 70% at BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech/MS
for Gen & OBC candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.


1.2 Member (Research Staff) Regular
Grade : E-III

Pay Range (Rs.) : Rs 16,400-3%-50500/-
Relevant Minimum Experience
as on 01.05.2015 : 2 yrs
Upper Age Limit as on 01.05.2015 : 32 yrs
CTC (Approx) Rs. Lacs/ annum : 9.4 lakhs per annum (approx)
Minimum Qualification : ME/M. Tech/ MS(Computer Science).
Min 70% at BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech/MS
for Gen & OBC candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.


2.1 Member (Research Staff) Fixed Term (For 5 Years)
Grade : E-II
No of Posts : 10
Pay Range (Rs.) : Rs 16,400-3%-50500/-
Relevant Minimum Experience as on 01.05.2015 : Nil
Upper Age Limit as on 01.05.2015 : 25 yrs
CTC (Approx) Rs. Lacs/ annum : 7.5 lakhs per annum (approx)
Minimum Qualification : Minimum of 70% marks in BE/B.Tech
Computer Science or Equivalent M.Tech/MS/ME (Computer Science) is Desirable.

Note:

Engineering Degree Holders from AICTE approved Colleges/Recognized Universities only, will be considered.
Candidates appearing in Final Year examination and passing out in May-June (2015) will be allowed to sit in the written test, However, submission of Min. Qualification degree at the time of Interview is mandatory.
2. Reservation & Relaxation: Reservation & Relaxation for SC/ST/PWD will be as Govt. Rules.
3. Relevant Experience (Post Qualification Experience):
C/C++/Linux OS & Documentation (IEEE-12207); Modeling in CASE tools: Arc GIS engine along with C++/JAVA: SQA, Software & System Testing: JAVA (Portlet/JSP/Jboss); Experience in algorithm and C++/JAVA; Database (Oracle). Teaching will not be considered as experience for these posts
4. Pay Details:
In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Performance Related Pay, Conveyance Reimbursement, Leave Travel Allowance (LTA), Professional Development Allowance (PDA), Reimbursement of Medical Expenses, Interest Subsidy on Housing Loan, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, etc (as per Company rules) will be part of the remuneration package.
5. Mode of Application:
5.1 Interested candidates can download and fill the prescribed Excel Application format as per the instructions given in the form.
5.2 Interested candidates meeting all the criteria’s mentioned above must mail the E-application to hrcrlgad@bel.co.in within 21 days of release of Advertisement along with the signed application form and self attested hard copies as per para 5.3.

5.3 Interested candidates meeting all the criteria’s mentioned above, should submit their applications in the Application format appended to this advertisement and send the applications through post, superscripting on the envelope the post applied for. The following documents should compulsorily be enclosed:
i) Self attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age).
ii) Self attested copies of Marks cards for having passed class 12 / PUC and all semesters / years of BE/B.Tech & M.Tech/ME/MS or equivalent examination as applicable.
iii) M.Tech/ME/MS & BE /B.Tech equivalent Degree certificate as applicable.
iv) Certificate from the previous employer/s regarding relevant post
Qualification experience.
v) Caste / Disability certificate (if applicable) and other relevant certificates
vi) Candidates working in PSUs / Govt. organizations should submit the application through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview.
vii) Demand Draft as applicable-Applications of General / OBC candidates should be accompanied by crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) drawn on any scheduled Bank (Preferably State Bank of India) in favour of “BEL, Central Research” payable at Ghaziabad. Cheques and IPOs will not be accepted.SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
"Application fee is non-refundable. Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting Application Fee and sending application. Fee once paid with the application format will not be refunded."

ix) Applications that are incomplete, not in prescribed format, not legible, without the required enclosures will be summarily rejected without assigning reasons and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
x) Candidates applying for multiple posts have to fill separate application form with additional demand draft (as applicable).
xi) Candidates are required to possess at least one valid e-mail id which is to be entered in the application form. Information pertaining to the written test/interview will be sent by e-mail to the id that is furnished. BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidate

6. General:
1. Age/Experience in case of deserving candidates may be relaxed at the discretion of the management. Depending upon the experience, qualification and performance in the interview, candidates may be considered for higher position/ higher pay/service weight-age for the next promotion.
