- 2+ yrs exp in IT / ITES / BPO Tech Support
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Receive, log, and manage calls from end-users via telephone, email, walk up, and web submission.
- Take ownership of user issues and problems and follow up the status of issues/problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Experience with installation, upgrade, test, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals
- Maintain end-user software/hardware asset management and track changes
- Execute end-user account management globally and service requests (provisioning and de-provisioning IT services, phone setup, laptop/desktop deployment, reset password, create groups, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria :
1.BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with minimum 3 years of relevant experience post Qualification IT- Experience.
2.Bsc Graduates with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience post qualification IT Experience.
3.Only Full Time courses would be considered.
4.Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
5.Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
