Job Description:
? Single point of contact primarily for US customer and across the globe? Experience in handling Internet related and operating system issues.? Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN/Wi-Fi/LAN will be an added advantage? Experience in Windows XP/Windows 7 & ie8? Responsible in handling incoming Calls/Emails/Chats/Web? Exposure to 24 x 7 support.? Gather basic facts and follow escalation procedures for issues.? Good problem solving and analytical skills.? Good communication skills.? Exposure in ITIL Framework? 100% adherence in logging of Incidents/Request/Problem tickets

Roles & Responsibilities:
Entry level position. Works on allocated incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software - servers, laptops, PCs etc. with high degree of supervision. Provides support for simple trouble shooting requirements. May be required to work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
