Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Workforce Enablement Specialist will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, develop communication and enablement tactics that link clearly to enabling IBMers across all the dimensions of the brand, and execute on those plans.
The Job profile includes:
• Producing internal communication and enablement materials, including e-newsletters, intranet content, Connections content, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Creating, maintaining and regularly updating 'About GMT’ fact sheet aligning proof points to the dimensions of our corporate character.
•Develop, design, produce and distribute eNewsletters.
• Work with stakeholders to build a pipeline of wins and other stories for internal newsletters.
• Source newsletter content, graphics, and supporting information.
• Draft newsletter articles, embed links and tags.
• Make required edits, obtain approvals prior to distribution.
• Maintain internal email distribution lists.
• Monitor statistics and metrics, compile reports and analyze results.
• Ensure newsletters are on brand - redesign templates, if required.
• Internal communications campaigns
• Responsible for the content development, design, and production of internal email campaigns.
• Source content for email, including content for body of email, graphics, images, photos, and related links.
• Design appropriate email template, embed required tags and measurement devices.
•Track email life-cycle - number of emails distributed, number of emails opened, number of email links followed, etc.
• Monitor statistics and metrics, compile reports and analyze results.
•Management system and analysis
•Administrative support for consolidating input for the CEE Workforce Enablement team.
•Compile input for weekly WE updates.
•Prepare quarterly WE updates for GMU reviews.
• Provide recommendations to enhance process and measurement systems.

The applicant should be minimum a graduate with 7 to 9 years of work experience.

Skills / Experience:
This role requires strong communication, planning, organizational, analysis, team management and decision making skills
  • At least 7 years experience in Enablement
  • English: Fluent
