Job Purpose: (Purpose & Unique Contribution by this JOB)
  • Impart theory & practical training as per the content, the target program and the participants.
  • Ensure the pace of the training is maintained.
  • Quickly help a candidate if faced with any hurdles or has any question with low impact on the pace of the entire training session.
  • Ensure that the candidates are not lagging behind in completing their job / activity.
  • Assist in evaluating the candidates on pre & post training.
  • Assist in development of new modules / programs, initiatives and admin work for the Learning Centre.
  • Assist in service publication material development activity.
  • Scope / Impact: (Areas where the job will have direct impact)

CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE/ INTERFACE (Concerned with the overall satisfaction of customer & their satisfaction measures)
Ensure learning as per the content and the target audience (New joiners, Sales & Service, Dealer workshop staff of all levels, Plant and R & D personnel.

OPERATIONS PERSPECTIVE (Concerned with operational systems of the organisation)
Comply with the SOPs and policies of company as applicable

Broad Role & Responsibility: (State the role this job plays in the organisation)

Impact product training as per the target program and audience – will ensure skill and knowledge escalation in the target audience resulting better productivity, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility / Accountability
KRAs / KPIs (Qualitative and Quantitative Measures)
Competency: (Professional Knowledge and skill required to perform this job)

Functional Knowledge & Skills:

Deep technical knowledge on the HMCL products, Hands-on fluency, Effective & Fluent communication / delivery.
Regional language knowledge – Tamil, Telgu, Kannad, Malayalam

Behavioural Knowledge & Skills:

Good Communication Skills, openness to learning

Education: (Minimum requirement of job-Qualification)
Essential - B TECH/ BE

Experience: (Minimum professes. exp. Required to perform the job)
3-6 years minimum in Industry preferably having Field Service / Training exposure.
