Customer Care billing technical architect is responsible for writing codes ,develop, and execute the programs with configuration with CC & B tools

  • Lead Technical Gap Analysis sessions with client
  • Establish technical environment & Develop technical specifications
  • Code release management and version control using code management toolsets
  • Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture experience (Security Audit Batch Framework Extension Tools and Packaging Utilities)
  • Install configure and tune CC&B solution
  • Configuration experience with ability to teach process
  • Business process flow documentation and design
  • Ability to develop CC&B technical specifications for customization reports and interfaces
  • Assist with necessary design decisions
  • Strong CC&B Technical Knowledge
  • More than 5 years of work experience required
  • Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 3 years experience in Technical Developer / Consultant for Customer Care & Billing (CC&B
    • English: Fluent
