ISA x86 Services Business/Delivery Leader

TSS provides technical support to IBM internal/external clients for all IBM products and related software.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This candidate's primary role is to lead a the x86 MA (Maintenance) services team in ISA.
This is an end to end role covering sales, delivery, operation and service offering.
The candidate will lead the sales leader to deliver signing and revenue target.
In delivery, candidate will lead the delivery team to achieve GP plan, manage warranty cost, MA cost, delivery quality in enterprise services based on x86 technology.
P&L / Business management skill
Excellent people management skill and client coverage capabilities.
Candidate needs to have at least one specialty - sales or services delivery in order to be successful in the job.
