Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the lateral recruitment program for the organization and ensure top quality talent.
  • Strategize and plan manpower budgeting and job requirements in co-ordination with the functional leadership.
  • Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
  • Experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc.
  •  Demonstrable creativity with respect to sourcing candidates.
  • Write complete and detailed ‘Job Descriptions’ ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements. Review job descriptions with hiring managers.
  • Create job postings for all campaigns (social media online, print, Walk-Ins).
  • Must be adept at leveraging online and social media recruiting   resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting   activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if, required.
  • Define Development Road Map for the Organization. Align Business Leaders to deliver the Talent Agenda and Succession framework for the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. B.E/B.Tech /MBA from reputed colleges are preferred.
  2. Working in MSP/RIM/IMS Domain 
  3. Excellent Analytical Skills.
  4. Hands on person.
  5. Specialization in e-recruitment.
  6. Proficiency in recruitment thru Social Networking.
  7. Experience in recruiting experts in Niche skills/Hard-to-Find skills.
  8. Excellent in assessing Soft skills.
