Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate's role will be to design process documentation and perform compliance testing.

The BC person will be responsible for the following:

Process documentation:-
Review the process design, objective and work flow of the process to ensure the end to end transaction flow is correctly documented and key control points are correctly identified
Review desk procedures and confirm adequacy and accuracy of description of activity
Process simplification & Control Optimization

Compliance testing & SoX Testing:-
Establish a compliance testing calendar to define timelines for performing compliance testing, publishing test results and review with management
Perform compliance testing and document the errors identified
Review the errors with the process owner team and assist in conducting root cause analysis
Review the corrective/ preventive actions proposed by the process owner team and perform remediation testing
File compliance test results to support audit and other reviews

Risk analysis:-
Perform specific reviews on identified sub processes and identify potential risk areas

Total Years of Experience 3-5 years

Prior experience in audit, sox controls, compliance testing is preferable
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in compliance testing
  • English: Fluent
